In 2003 the Lord led David to start Phoenix Bible Institute (PBI). This is a dynamic school that meets during the summer when David is not on the road. PBI is a Christ-centered, Bible-based and Spirit-led Bible institute focusing on equipping the body of Christ for holiness of living and powerful service. The exchanged life of Romans 6-8, prayer, revival and Bible are the themes of the school.
